  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science.
  • Experience with SQL and writing, optimizing, and debugging queries across datasets.
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation, scripting, or automation.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience designing and building data warehouses or data mart from scratch (e.g., schema design, ETL orchestration, data modeling).
  • Experience navigating and fixing legacy data infrastructures or migrating from fragmented systems to a central warehouse.
Experience in business, sales pipeline, or financial reporting. * Experience applying Machine Learning (ML) or AI concepts to BI workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce data schemas and CRM analytics.

This is not a standard reporting role, it is a builder role.As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of data analysis and data engineering. You will act as a technical anchor, transforming complex data realities into a clean, scalable source of truth that powers decision making for sales, product, and finance leadership.For United States Applicants:The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Audit, deconstruct, and rebuild legacy data pipelines to create a single, reliable source of truth for business and pipeline reporting.
  • Design and implement the data layers required to support future AI and machine learning initiatives for the sales organization.
  • Write production-grade, expert-level SQL and build Python scripts for ETL and automation to bridge the gap between raw data engineering and strategic insights.
  • Design business intelligence solutions that anticipate future scale, translating complex metrics into formats that enable teams to quickly derive relevant information.
  • Partner with upstream data providers to establish new source pipelines and influence broader data best practices across the organization.
