Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science.
Experience with SQL and writing, optimizing, and debugging queries across datasets.
Experience with Python for data manipulation, scripting, or automation.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience designing and building data warehouses or data mart from scratch (e.g., schema design, ETL orchestration, data modeling).
Experience navigating and fixing legacy data infrastructures or migrating from fragmented systems to a central warehouse.

Experience in business, sales pipeline, or financial reporting. * Experience applying Machine Learning (ML) or AI concepts to BI workflows.

Experience with Salesforce data schemas and CRM analytics.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Audit, deconstruct, and rebuild legacy data pipelines to create a single, reliable source of truth for business and pipeline reporting.
Design and implement the data layers required to support future AI and machine learning initiatives for the sales organization.
Write production-grade, expert-level SQL and build Python scripts for ETL and automation to bridge the gap between raw data engineering and strategic insights.
Design business intelligence solutions that anticipate future scale, translating complex metrics into formats that enable teams to quickly derive relevant information.
Partner with upstream data providers to establish new source pipelines and influence broader data best practices across the organization.
