Works collaboratively to resolve challenges, develop safe and buildable proposals, and present solutions to stakeholders. Reviews designs and tender submissions to ensure compliance, efficiency and integration across structures, geotechnical works and major project interfaces.You’ll be responsible for:
  • Promoting wellbeing, diversity and inclusive team culture.
  • Ensuring robust quality systems and manages delivery from brief to construction.
  • Supporting senior leaders with planning, procurement and PMO activities.
  • Coordinating work packages to meet time, cost and quality targets.
  • Managing budgets, risks and compliance obligations.
  • Managing design, consultant and project teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Driving innovation and best practice using Mace knowledge resources.
You’ll need to have:
  • 10+ years’ experience delivering major metro or complex infrastructure projects, with strong technical and project management capability.
  • Degree‑qualified with system integration or assurance certification.
  • Proven communication, stakeholder leadership and ability to drive quality, efficiency and best practice.
  • Commercially aware, with experience in cost management and sustainability considerations.
