This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established flower supplier, supporting retail customers across the Dublin region. The successful candidate will ideally be based in Kildare or Carlow, collecting and loading stock once weekly from the client’s Waterford hub before completing a structured merchandising route through Dublin for the remainder of the week.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with FMCG industry experience who enjoys being on the road, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and building strong relationships with store teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect stock from the client’s Waterford location once weekly and load the company van.
  • Follow a planned route covering retail locations in Dublin.
  • Merchandise flower stands to ensure they are visually appealing, well-stocked, and in line with brand presentation standards.
  • Remove and dispose of any unsold, damaged, or dead stock from displays.
  • Engage with retail staff to manage stock levels, address any in-store needs, and take orders or feedback as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product displays or increase orders based on store needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact on-site for any issues or support needed during visits.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in FMCG, merchandising, or a route-based sales role is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in presentation and display.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently while staying organised.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Flexibility for early starts and weekday travel.
  • Ideally based in Kildare or Carlow, with easy access to both Waterford and Dublin.
