Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding Private Equity Group that has deployed over 300 million into Irish SMEs market over the past few years, based in Dublin, where you will play a pivotal role as a Group Financial Controller. The Company is interested in investing in well-run companies with sound business models, strong business integrity, and the ability to become the next leader in their industry.
  • Produce monthly management accounts and consolidated Group reporting packs for the CFO and principal.
  • Prepare and file annual financial statements across the Group and ensure annual legal compliance across the Group.
  • Prepare and file Corporation Tax returns for all group entities, including R&D tax claims, and capital allowances.
  • Manage VAT compliance across the group.
  • Own and manage the group's accounting
  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including payment runs, cash positioning, and funding drawdowns.
  • Support the CFO and external solicitors on financial aspects of commercial transactions, including property acquisitions/disposals, lease negotiations, and energy contract reviews.
  • Manage and develop the finance team (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll)
