We are currently in search of a Senior Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks within the Falcondale portfolio, based out of our Kildare office.Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in a property-related discipline preferred.
- Possession of a valid PRSA licence or eligibility to obtain one.
- Ownership of personal transport and a full clean driving licence.
- Proven asset management experience, with a focus on residential properties.
- Expertise in residential block management and technical knowledge of their operation.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, alongside drive and enthusiasm.
- Comprehensive understanding of the MUD Act 2011 and its implications for OMCs.
- Capability to manage Directors, Members, Contractors, and stakeholders proactively.
- Outstanding communication skills, suitable for teamwork and individual work.
- Ability to deliver clear, comprehensive, and concise reports to clients.
- Experience with Blockman or a similar CRM system.
- A flexible, dynamic approach, thriving in a complex business environment.
- Preparation of service charge budgets in collaboration with the Directors of the OMC.
- Coordination in the interview, selection, appointment, and appraisal of key service charge contacts, alongside the Directors of the OMC.
- Compliance with the Multi-Unit Development (MUD) Act 2011 in all property management tasks.
- Regular reporting on property management matters to clients.
- Maintenance of constructive relationships with Directors and Members of the OMCs.
- Provision of high-level support and regular engagement with Members of the OMCs.
- Frequent reporting to supervisory staff.
