- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in new business sales and meeting business goals.
- Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing digital marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
- Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
- Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment.
- Ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Manage the business cycle new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance and promote opportunities.
- Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
- Acquire touch-high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
- Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
- Deliver against strategic goals, while prioritising and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
