Our IT Managed Services Client are recruiting for a Senior SCCM Support Technician. Their deep knowledge and expertise in IT enable them to design customized solutions that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring maximum efficiency, security, and performance.About the Position The role is based within teams supporting SCCM, Citrix, Intune and End-point technologies, candidates must fulfill the common support requirements and be proficient in either of the specific product support requirements detailed below.At least 3 to 5 years' experience working at senior level is required. Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative, as part of a team and have the skills to overcome issues relating to unfamiliar products.Reporting to the Service Delivery team lead, the role will entail working for clients remotely supporting their systems and applications. Supporting the Desk-side Support Team on rollouts, Projects and day to day issues. Working within the clients MIS teams and supporting IT issues.Ideal requirements: A Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager Administrator with in-depth experience of Managing an SCCM 2012 Infrastructure.Candidate must also have:
  • Endpoint troubleshooting Experience
  • A minimum of 2 Years SCCM 2012 Administrator Experience
  • Excellent technical and design background
General Responsibilities
  • SCCM v2207 Administrator
  • SCCM v2207 Software\Application Creation and deployment
  • SCCM v2207 Security Patch Distribution
  • SCCM v2207 Reporting
  • SCCM v2207 Task Sequence Creation and Image setup\deployment
  • SCCM Client Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge Transfer of above activities to DSS Endpoint Team Members
  • Documentation of all aspects of SCCM Administration and Roles
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SCCM Issues
  • Knowledge of Ivanti 2021- Administer and configure policies
  • Knowledge of GPO's
Experience/Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 Years SCCM Administration experience
  • SCCM Application setup and deployment
  • SCCM Task Sequence creation and image deployment
  • At least 2 years Endpoint Troubleshooting
  • Active Directory experience
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and monitoring SCCM deployments. Cloud & Intune management.
·Extensive experience in administering Windows devices via Intune, including creating and customizing policies and configuration profiles.
·Hands-on experience in providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for Windows 10 and Windows Servers.
·Proficient in building Windows 10 images to streamline deployment processes.
·Demonstrated ability to integrate macOS devices into Microsoft environments.
·Competent in managing Android and iOS devices through Intune for effective mobile device management.
·Familiarity with Ivanti products for device management, including the creation of configuration profiles.Contact
