An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level to join the commercial litigation team of a leading law firm in Dublin.This position offers the opportunity to work on a highly collegiate team where the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on a broad variety of cases with excellent career development opportunities.The Role
The position will offer exposure to a broad range of commercial litigation cases including regulatory disputes, judicial reviews, technology disputes, insurance disputes, shareholder disputes, restructuring and insolvency and environmental and energy matters.
The Person
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ experience working in commercial litigation in a commercial law firm
- Pro-active thinker and problem solver
- Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
