Salary: €50,000–€65,000 basic (DOE) + performance-related packageAbout 3Q Recruitment3Q Recruitment is a trusted Irish-owned recruitment partner delivering workforce solutions across catering, cleaning, portering and support services within the healthcare sector.We work closely with HSE services, Primary Care teams, public sector healthcare facilities, not-for-profit organisations and community-based services, ensuring continuity, quality and full compliance in frontline service delivery.As part of our continued growth, we are now recruiting a Regional Account Manager to manage and develop key account relationships across HSE and healthcare services, supporting service delivery, stakeholder engagement and long-term partnerships.The RoleThis is a field-based account management role focused on building and maintaining strong professional relationships across HSE, Primary Care and healthcare settings.You will act as a key point of contact for healthcare stakeholders, ensuring they are supported through:
- consistent engagement
- clear communication
- responsive, reliable service delivery
- autonomy and visibility
- relationship-led work
- long-term partnerships over transactional selling
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare and Primary Care stakeholders
- Plan and manage a structured programme of site visits and client engagement
- Act as a professional liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams
- Share relevant updates and insights to support effective service delivery
- Gather regional intelligence to inform planning, forecasting and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records of engagement and activity
- Represent 3Q Recruitment with professionalism, integrity and consistency
- Proven experience in account management, client services or relationship-led roles
- Background in recruitment, healthcare services, facilities management, cleaning services or field-based sales is advantageous
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with a service-focused mindset
- Structured, systems-driven approach to work
- IT competent and AI-curious, open to using technology to improve efficiency
- Full clean driving licence required
- Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles.
- International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16
