
Project Controls Lead

- Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules and cost plans.
- Oversee performance measurement, forecasting, and reporting across all project phases.
- Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) systems and tools.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with client requirements and governance frameworks.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Mentor and support junior project controls staff.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project controls leadership on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost systems.
- Proficiency in earned value management and performance reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in rail, utilities, or transport infrastructure is highly desirable.
