- Cost Management & Control - Manage all commercial aspects of cleanroom construction projects, ensuring accurate cost forecasting, budgeting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Procurement & Subcontractor Management - Prepare tender packages, evaluate quotations, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value and maintain schedule requirements.
- Contract Administration - Administer contracts in line with company and client procedures, managing variations, change orders, and payment applications.
- Valuations & Financial Reporting - Prepare interim valuations, monitor project cash flow, and produce regular financial and progress reports to support project and commercial teams.
- Collaboration & Compliance - Work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure commercial compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives.
Must be based in Ireland
Must have 5+ years' experience in a similar role on Pharmaceutical/Cleanroom construction projects
Must have excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)Benefits€70,000 - €75,000 + Package + Hybrid working
