*Upkeep, maintenance and litter control of the complex daily *Prepare rubbish bins for collection *Washing of floors of communal areas indoors *Upkeep and cleaning of any equipment *Power washing all outdoor areas, regularly throughout the year *Clean external including grounds, roads and pathways *General upkeep of all green areas and flower beds including grass cutting, planting and pruning *Undertake small general duties/ maintenance in the childcare facility and entire building * Deal with small maintenance issues e.g. carpentry - fix a chair *Work as part of the team * Brush and mop floors daily, complete buffering of floors weekly * General indoor cleaning or windows, sills, glass viewing panels, dusting * Communicate effectively with team members and management * Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
