Finance ManagerOverviewAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance management across a multi-entity environment. This is a hands-on role supporting leadership with strategic decision-making, financial planning, and business growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Deliver high-quality management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and internal financial controls
  • Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, tax advisers, and banks
  • Lead audit processes and ensure regulatory and governance compliance
  • Provide financial input on new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects
  • Manage and develop the finance function and support cross-functional collaboration
About You
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior finance role
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset
  • Experience in multi-entity or SME environments
  • Excellent financial modelling, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
