We're seeking an exceptional engineering leader who can elevate our high-performing mobile team to new heights of excellence and innovation.
Guide our talented mobile engineers to deliver world-class products that millions depend on. You'll balance technical leadership with people development, fostering a culture where cutting-edge mobile engineering thrives alongside continuous growth.What You Will Do in This Role:

Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers while maintaining hands-on development of automation frameworks
Architect and implement AI-enhanced testing solutions for complex mobile security applications
Personally develop automation code using cutting-edge frameworks and AI-powered testing tools
Integrate machine learning models for test optimization, defect prediction, and visual testing
Establish QA processes that leverage AI for test case generation and prioritization
Partner with data science teams to implement ML-based anomaly detection in test results
Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines with AI-driven test selection strategies
Build intelligent monitoring systems to identify security vulnerabilities in mobile apps
Drive innovation in mobile testing through emerging AI technologies and tools

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

Advanced proficiency in mobile automation frameworks (Appium, XCUITest, Espresso)
Experience with AI-powered testing tools (Applitools, or similar)
Strong coding skills in Python, Java, Swift or Kotlin with AI framework experience
Technical leadership experience managing high-performing mobile teams
Exceptional communication skills that bridge technical and business perspectives
Talent for balancing delivery excellence with team growth and well-being
Proven ability to create automation architectures that scale across platforms
Understanding of mobile security concepts and AI-driven security testing approaches
