Type: Full-time, permanentWe are seeking a Treasury Manager to take ownership of core aspects of international cash and debt management, supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses across Europe and Asia Pacific. This high-impact role will oversee global liquidity, financing arrangements, intercompany netting, and treasury operations while partnering closely with finance, tax, and accounting teams worldwide.Key Responsibilities
- Manage external and intercompany loan portfolios, including compliance, settlements, liquidity planning, and capacity modelling.
- Provide banking and cash management support for European and Asia Pacific businesses, acting as escalation point for local teams.
- Oversee global cash management activities, including daily positioning, investments, FX, and payment execution.
- Partner with tax and accounting teams to structure and oversee efficient intercompany financing arrangements.
- Manage the monthly intercompany netting program.
- Oversee global leasing and T&E card programs.
- Support month- and quarter-end closing activities, including review of accounting entries and treasury controls in line with SOX.
- Manage letters of credit and bank guarantees.
- Support M&A treasury deliverables and integration.
- Facilitate new bank accounts and cash management services.
- Build cross-functional relationships to support treasury initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and contribute to special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (required).
- 3-5 years' treasury experience within a multinational organisation
- Strong analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
