  • Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing retail accounts
  • Train, support, and develop operators to effectively manage and promote the product range.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, supported by strong product and industry knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our offering and enhance value for existing customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Continuously build and share product knowledge with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including National & Key Accounts, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Full, valid driving Licence
  • Solid understanding of sales and margin management processes
  • Proven experience in Sales retail/food service industry
  • Result-oriented with a drive to achieve targets
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and well organised
