- Solid administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Provide high-level business support to Board/Senior Directors
- Manage and optimise Directors' diaries in line with business priorities
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Plan meetings and events, coordinate follow-ups
- Act as a point of contact internally and externally
- Arrange travel and accommodation for Directors
- Carry out general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
- Salary: €36,500 rising to €49,500 after 3 years
- 20 days holiday (increasing to 25 after 2 years)
