You will be responsible for ensuring facilities and common areas are safe, well functioning and ready for visitors, tenants and staff. In addition, you will be responsible for the upkeep of all outside spaces on the property also such as parking area, walkways and building surroundings. You will oversee waste disposal on-site also ensuring safe and clean hallways, clear entry and exit as well as fire exit points at all times, You will maintain the cleanliness, safety and appearance of the the property overall, at all times.
