- Design, implement and manage Site and Network Supply Planning strategies - encompassing inventory, capacity, raw materials and other key planning variables -that deliver on customer commitments, secure continuity of supply and optimise business value.
- Support the site S&OP process and SKPT Global Planning processes.
- Use the site Tier and S&OP processes to drive site value-stream performance through powerful cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
- Act as relationship manager for a sub-set of vendors. Lead supplier relationship management for those vendors by evaluating performance and developing supplier capabilities to ensure alignment with quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
- Embed Risk Management processes that enable the business to leverage supplier capabilities and reduce supply risk exposure.
- Foster the continued development of individuals and team; shaping a 'can do', customer-focused culture centred on delivery, learning and innovation.
- Advocate for continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes and systems.
- Build effective collaboration with SKPT Global Supply Chain stakeholders to drive value creation and realise benefit.
- Lead Supply Chain elements of annual Budget and quarterly Forecasting processes.
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs for supply chain efficiency, suppliers performance and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage data analytics, forecasting tools, and digital technologies to drive informed decision-making, enhance supply chain visibility, and continuously improve operational performance.
- Assure compliance with Company Policies, Procedures and Business Rules and with local and international regulatory requirements (SOX, GMP, SHE etc …).
- Own and develop strategic customer relationships that drive business performance, generate business value and secure profitable long-term commercial relationships.
- Lead customer-facing teams - working in a cross-functional matrix environment across Supply Chain, Quality, R&D and Operations teams - to implement account strategies and drive commercial and operational performance.
- Implement and maintain processes and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer queries, requests, and complaints.
- Lead preparation of business proposals for commercial customers - partnering with Business Development, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
- Lead and facilitate regular business review meetings with customers.
- Implement continuous improvement programs based on customer insights and market trends.
- Partner with key customer stakeholders to build SK knowledge and understanding of the evolving market outlook for key customer brands and any associated changes in customer supply strategy. Share intelligence cross-functionally within SK to support commercial and operational planning.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry or Engineering.
- Demonstrated track-record of achievement in a dynamic Supply Chain planning context would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change.
- Customer focus and good problem solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of SAP.
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.
