This is an excellent opportunity for an EHS Advisor to join one of Ireland's leading contractors with large scale projects in DublinPosition: Senior EHS AdvisorLocation: DublinSalary : DOE plus bonus, pension and company carThe RoleAs an EHS Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple live projects. You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior management to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor company EHS policies and procedures on-site
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to site teams
Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and industry best practice
Report on EHS performance and drive corrective action where required
Engage with project teams to promote a positive safety culture

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as an EHS Advisor.
Proven experience on large-scale construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial)
Relevant third-level EHS qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH / or equivalent)
Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
Ability to manage safety on high-profile, complex projects
