- Review and finalize handover packages for clients
- Collaborate with fellow contractors, requesting and examining commissioning certification
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards during project installation and testing
- Communicate with clients regarding installation and quality concerns
- Conduct and document project quality audits to ensure procedural compliance
- Organize quality training sessions, including initial and refresher training
- Manage and update the Quality Management System (QMS) as needed
- Establish and update Quality Plans for individual projects
- Coordinate quality toolbox talks and other communications, such as Quality Alerts
- Work with Operations and Senior Management to develop Critical to Quality (CTQ) documentation to mitigate business risks
- Oversee reviews of non-conformances (NCRs) by operations, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve issues and report internally
- Review technical submittals where applicable
- Aid in identifying incorrect material purchases or installations to minimize rework and additional expenses
- Support the Lessons Learned process
- Experience in a QA/QC Engineering role ideally within the Electrical, Civils or Infrastructure sectors
- A recognised Quality qualification would be a distinct advantage
- An Electrical qualification would be an advantage
- Previous experience working within the electrical / MV/HV industry
- Strong IT skills specifically with MS Office software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
