Join us.The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.Main responsibilities:
1. Act as the 1st line quality controller to ensure specialists are adhering to the policy guidelines and ensuring quality standards set are being met
2. Perform data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality
3. Cooperate with moderation teams and cross-functional teams to ensure the moderation quality is up to standard
4. Create guidance documents and information channels for specialists to ensure policy changes / updates do not impact the expected moderation accuracy
5. Drive key controls like refresher training ; policy iteration training ; business reviews ; trend identifications and sharing insights with policy and risk teams and to manage cross team escalationsQualifications:Minimum qualifications:
- Fluency in Greek plus English in order to support Greek market.
- Professional experience within a Quality Audit and Quality Management related role.Preferred qualifications:
- Good general IT and MS Office skills, with a good knowledge of advanced internet functions.
- Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with an eye for detail.
