Job Description:Dromoland Castle Hotel is inviting applications for Full Time Kitchen Porters/Canteen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team.We provide full training for this role, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with our Senior Kitchen Team and contribute to the smooth, efficient operation of our kitchen. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, flexibility is essential. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Sunday, with a variety of working hours available.Role Overview:Reporting directly to the Head Chef, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensuring strict compliance with food hygiene and HACCP protocols
Ideal Candidate:
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and kitchen safety
