Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 5-15 years total work experience is highly preferred Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred. Can demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Can demonstrate strong attention to detail and are well organized Can communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager IT Literate - Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint desirable. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently Experience within a similar environment Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
