Restaurant Supervisor – Permanent PositionHere at Ballyseede Castle, we are planning for the upcoming season and are delighted to invite applications for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team, with a start date at the end of February.About the RoleThis is a hands-on supervisory position primarily consisting of evening shifts.The role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.We pride ourselves on continuously enhancing our Fine Dining experience, and we are seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising and supporting the restaurant team during service
  • Ensuring a consistently high standard of guest care and presentation
  • Assisting with staff training and shift coordination
  • Overseeing table service, reservations, and guest satisfaction
  • Working closely with kitchen and management teams
  • Maintaining Ballyseede Castle’s quality and service standards at all times
Candidate Requirements
  • Fluent English (essential)
  • Previous supervisory experience in a quality restaurant or fine dining environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A professional, hands-on approach to service
  • Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
  • A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
