Operational Excellence Specialist

• Lead and coordinate Continuous Improvement projects to streamline operations.
• Analyse and enhance operational and business processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
• Implement project plans and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.
• Educate and empower employees in Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Maintain KPIs and ensure project targets are met within specified timelines.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
• Contribute to documenting best practices .
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and support the site's sustainability plan.

• Bachelor's degree in Scientific or Engineering field.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with project management skills being desirable.
• Self-motivated, professional team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated teamwork and adaptability to learn new tasks.
