  • Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers
  • Deliver professional and efficient credit control processes
  • Ensure timely billing, with all accounts processed by the first working week following month-end
  • Manage and maintain unresolved appointments within the system
  • Proactively chase overdue payments via phone and email within agreed timelines
  • Accurately allocate payments and remittances on a regular basis
  • Maintain and reconcile lodgements from multiple locations
  • Process and record financial transactions including receipts, credit notes, refunds, and adjustments
  • Perform monthly debtor reconciliations
  • Prepare financial and performance reports as required
  • Provide cover for team members when needed
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in an accounts receivable or accounts assistant role
  • Experience with accounting systems is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
