Join our client's team as a Technical Quality Manager for sites in Kildare and Longford. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring technical integrity and compliance with industry standards while contributing to the development of business plans and technical policies.As a leader, you'll influence colleagues to achieve functional KPIs and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities include managing quality systems, implementing BRC and customer manufacturing standards, and fostering customer relationships.Join us and lead our technical teams to maintain a leading-edge position in the food industry!

Negotiable salary depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of Food safety and quality across the Naas & Longford sites.
Provide technical leadership and ensure effective quality management systems for food safety and legal compliance.
Collaborate with key technical personnel to deliver high-quality products to customers.
Manage and implement BRC and customer manufacturing standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Define and implement programs to align with the Company and Group Technical Strategy.
Drive positive change through the application of best technical practices, technology, and innovation.

Requirements:

Degree level qualification in Food Science.
Minimum of 5 years practicing as Quality/technical Manager within the Food sector.
Previous experience of representing a company on external bodies and committees.
Extensive experience in leading teams and implementing successful continuous improvement programmes.
Working knowledge of retail practices.
Knowledge and understanding of BRC standards.
Knowledge and understanding of main UK retailer Own Label requirements.
