- Partner with leadership to deliver commercially focused HR support
- Lead on employee relations, coaching managers through complex cases
- Support the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention
- Use data and insights to improve engagement, retention, and team performance
- Deliver training and support people initiatives across sites
- Contribute to wider HR projects including openings, change programmes, and culture initiatives
- Proven HR generalist experience (hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments ideal)
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and employee relations
- Confident stakeholder manager - able to influence and challenge where needed
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on delivery
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment
