- Administer and manage the Jibble time tracking system off-site
- Monitor employee clock-ins and clock-outs to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in time records in a timely manner
- Generate and maintain reports on attendance, hours worked, and anomalies
- Liaise with supervisors and employees regarding timekeeping issues
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to attendance
- Maintain organized and accurate records for auditing and payroll purposes
- Provide basic training or guidance to staff on proper use of the system
- Support payroll preparation by validating time data before submission
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights
- Compare and monitor travel costs to ensure cost efficiency
- Manage and upload travel invoices to financial folders in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and related documentation
- Previous experience in an administrative, timekeeping, or coordination role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & confident in Data management
- Experience with Time Tracking systems
- Familiarity with workforce management or attendance systems desirable
- Experience in travel coordination or booking systems is an advantage
- Basic understanding of payroll processes is an advantage
