- Plan, organize, and oversee construction activities
- Develop and execute project plans and schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate project activities and maintain quality standards
- Manage project life-cycle from initiation to completion
- Meet objectives for timely delivery, cost, and client satisfaction
- Address site issues and emergencies promptly
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Provide leadership and technical expertise
- Manage subcontractors and internal site operations
- Monitor and maintain production targets and schedules
- Uphold highest standards of health, safety, and quality
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction
- Experience with public contract construction preferred
- Proficiency in managing residential developments
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering
- Strong delegation and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of quality and safety management systems
- Proficient in IT for generating detailed reports
- Ability to drive projects and meet deadlines
- Thorough understanding of Irish construction site regulations
- Valid Irish driving license
