  • Install solar PV systems to the highest standards on residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols during all installations
  • Manage site preparation and ensure all materials and equipment are on-site and ready for installation
  • Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion
  • Provide guidance and technical support to junior installation staff
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring each installation complies with Irish regulations and industry best practices
  • Complete necessary inspections and paperwork to ensure SEAI compliance
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and contractors throughout each project

The PersonWe’re looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience as a solar installer or in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems
  • Excellent understanding of health & safety standards
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good communication skills with both clients and team members
  • A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
  • A valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and Working at Height certification
  • Full clean driver’s licence
