Are you ready to take the lead in transformation through data and AI? Our client, a pioneering organization in the industry, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and visionary Head of Data and AI. If you are passionate about harnessing data to drive insights and business efficiency, this is the role for you!You will be at the forefront of this company's transformation, and you could be the driving force behind their Data and AI initiatives!Key Responsibilities:As the Head of Data and AI, you will lead a dynamic team and oversee five essential areas:

Data Lab: Collaborate with the business to create innovative analytics and AI solutions.
Data & System Integration: Ensure seamless and secure movement of data across systems.
Data Governance: Lead the data governance forum to maintain data integrity and promote data literacy.
Data Platforms: Own and operate the Enterprise Data Hub and external data-sharing portals.
End-User Tools: Manage data and analytic tools like PowerBI, providing guidelines and training for end users.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience: extensive experience in data management, AI, and analytics.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business transformation.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with data architecture, data integration, and AI/ML model development.
Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to various audiences.
