An immediate contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician to support legacy network infrastructure. This is a 23-month, on-site role at our client's facility. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to troubleshoot issues and maintain network stability. The Infrastructure Technician is expected to be autonomous in managing their work, escalating risks as needed, and providing regular status updates on the network.Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Support: Provide effective troubleshooting related to the network infrastructure lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders and central or external third-party service providers.
Workload Management: Autonomously manage your work, track the completion of action items, and provide regular updates on network status.
Risk Management: Escalate risks as needed to ensure project and operational success.

Key Requirements:

Must have experience as an Infrastructure Technician.
A proven track record of collaborating in small-to-mid-sized teams is essential.
Must possess effective troubleshooting skills relating to the network infrastructure lifecycle.
Experience working in a regulated environment is an advantage.
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to be autonomous in the management of work.
