- Ensure and take responsibility for the efficient day-to-day running of deli unit
- Ensure that the deli reflects company’s standards of merchandising, presentation and Customer Care
- Achieve sales, margins, wastage targets
- Implement the HACCP food safety management system
- Maintain Health and Safety standards on site, as per the Company Handbook and Safety Statement.
- Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the deli area
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety issues and legislation regarding the sale of all food items
- Competently deal with site visits from internal and external sources
- Supervise opening/closing of the deli.
- Minimum 1 years’ deli experience;
- As an ambitious individual you will welcome opportunities to gain knowledge and assume additional responsibility ;
- Level 1 knowledge of food safety is highly desirable
