Office AdministratorKey ResponsibilitiesThe Administrator will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of office and fleet-related processes. Duties will include, but are not limited to:Maintaining and updating Excel reports, databases, and other company records.Organising and coordinating motor tax renewals, CVRTs, and vehicle servicing schedules.Monitoring and tracking fleet usage and records.Coordinating and arranging staff training sessions.Filing, archiving, and managing company documentation in an efficient manner.Providing day-to-day administrative support to management and staff.Handling email / phone communication.Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant administrative policies.RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent IT, organisational, and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.Desirable SkillsExperience in fleet administration or transport sector administration.Knowledge of compliance requirements related to vehicle management and staff training.Ability to problem-solve and support management with operational needs.Additional InformationThis role is 100% office-based (not remote/hybrid).On-site parking space provided.As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a short computer-based skills assessment to evaluate administrative and IT capabilities.About the roleAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrator to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative support at our office in Rathcoole, Co.
