Elevate Partners are working with a global private equity fund who are currently building out their Dublin team. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will work in a collaborative investment team and work across the full deal cycle from origination to execution and hands-on portfolio management, growth strategy.

Identification and detailed analysis of suitable target companies and markets

Development of investment concepts from a strategic and financial point of view

Modelling and structuring of acquisitions

Management of the due diligence and negotiation process up to the completion of investments

Responsible management portfolio companies

Requirements

Approx 6-7 years of total work experience within PE or Corporate Finance

Industry or hands-on operational and entrepreneurial experience also beneficial

Proactive attitude to acquire skillsets

Down to earth personality

Skilled at building rapport with various stakeholders
