- Drive revenue growth in Risk, Healthcare, and Benefits services
- Recognise and actively seek opportunities to expand service offerings to existing clients
- Collaborate with the business development team and other Aon solution lines to support new business opportunities and to bring the best of Aon to our clients.
- Lead and manage client relationships with a focus on strategic advisory
- Be proactive in delivering consistent and superior relationship management
- Manage multiple consulting engagements and ensure timely delivery of quality outputs
- Present deliverables and recommendations to clients
- Support and engage in robust conversations with key stakeholders within organisations, helping them to make better decisions on behalf of their people and strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients regarding all aspects of employee benefits.
- Ability to work effectively and proactively connect with internal teams, including our other human capital solution teams, business development, client relationship, online benefits, and global teams to support clients, and to develop business opportunities.
- Proven experience in managing large Risk and/or Healthcare clients.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to bring together key stakeholders to meet the client needs demonstrating an Aon United approach
- Willingness and ability to contribute to a high-performing team environment.

- Obtained or working to obtain the relevant qualifications in either private medical and/or risk. (QFA qualification, or relevant APA qualification)
- Maintaining up-to-date CPD requirements ensuring compliance within industry standards.
