Graduate Mechanical Engineers with strong SolidWorks or CREO experience required to join the mechanical engineering team in Galway’s world leading multinational medical device manufacturing client.For more information contact Rachel:or 0860127415Key Responsibilities:Create and modify detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models of medical devices, assemblies, and components using SolidWorks and/or Creo.Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design intent and manufacturability.Assist in the development of prototype and production tooling, fixtures, and test equipment.Maintain and manage design documentation, CAD libraries, and drawing registers in line with quality system requirements.Support Design Control activities including drawing release, document control, and change management (ECOs).Participate in design reviews and provide input from a drafting and documentation perspective.Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing teams to resolve drawing or specification-related queries.Required Qualifications and Experience:Level 6 or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, CAD Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo (PTC), or AutoCAD.Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and tolerance stack-ups.Familiarity with ISO and ASME drawing standards.Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.INDCRG
