- Support Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances
- Ensure accurate financial records and documentation
- Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
- Assist with reporting and financial analysis
- Maintain strong customer service and communication standards
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations (2–5 years is a plus)
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Good analytical skills with MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus
- Dutch (C1) and English (C1) proficiency
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer service orientation
