As a Business Intelligence Developer at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions to empower data-driven decision-making and drive business insights within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.What you will be doing

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design Tableau & CRM Analytics (Salesforce) data models and visualization solutions.

Developing and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and Data Flows (Recipes) processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Creating interactive dashboards and reports to present insights and findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to analyze commercial (Sales) & clinical trial data and identify trends and patterns.

Providing support and training to end-users on BI tools and functionalities.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

Proven experience in business intelligence development, data analysis, or a related role.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
