Donnybrook Malahide is looking for a Full Time Cafe Chef Assistant for our Malahide site on fixed term contract bases.If you love good food and working in an exciting fast-paced environment, you have strong teamwork skills and take pride in doing a great job, and want to work for an exciting and growing company then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.This is a Full Time position & it requires for you to be fully flexible across the weekdays and weekends!Main Duties will include:

Daily food preparation and cooking.
Maintaining department`s cleanliness and hygiene standards
Complete all HACCP forms as required.
Ensure all waste is managed correctly
Comply with relevant legal obligations
Comply with Company Guidelines and Procedures
Prepare food to the highest standard
Adhere to weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the department
Adhere to production planning and batch control guidelines for all products
Conduct quality and freshness checks

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum of 1 years experience in same or similar role is required
Comfortable with HACCP requirements
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for food
Fully Flexible across the weekdays and weekends
