The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the accommodation & housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service are maintained throughout the hotel. You will support the Hotel Manager and the General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the overall hotel at all times.The responsibilities of the role will include:● Responsible for the day-to-day management of all assigned operational functions● Leading an accommodation management team in delivering a market-leading guestexperience● Working proactively to increase room revenue● Working with the People & Culture department to ensure rosters are in line withprojected budgets● To be aware of and analyse all forthcoming business● Working with the senior management team in the preparation of annual budgets● Working on various hotel projects, refurbishment projects and system updates asrequired● Driving all aspects of product integrity management across all departments● In the role of Executive Accommodation Manager, you will be an ambassador for theHotel, and you will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests. Theideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, or be looking to take the next step intheir management career.
