Circit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that is on a mission to make business verifiable in real-time. We are creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms as well as global banks.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a pivotal client-facing role in driving the successful execution of key client projects, as well as internal projects that have an impact on our client offering. This individual will lead cross-functional project teams, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The goal is to attain high customer satisfaction and adoption by exceeding our clients' expectations and achieving key milestones.RequirementsRole and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will

Lead the planning and delivery of complex B2B projects, working with some of the biggest names in the financial services sector globally.
Manage internal projects such as new market entry and new product launches.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in close partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our clients' project objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, tracking progress against milestones and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as necessary to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Effectively communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and to our clients
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage Discovery and Design stages with Clients collaborating with the Product and Customer Success teams to design solutions that meet Client needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies, delivering maximum value to our clients.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role
Experience in a SAAS business
Exceptional communication skills and relationship building skills;
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft office suite;
Experiencing managing multiple stakeholders
Experience managing deadlines
An interest or experience in Fintech/Financial Services would be a bonus.
