- Build and maintain a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline across target accounts
- Execute high-quality outbound activity (email, LinkedIn, calls) with relevance and personalization
- Develop account research packages including org charts, technology insights, compliance posture, and ICP fit
- Generate 40-60% of new pipeline through outbound by leveraging territory plans, market signals, and intent data
- Work closely with AEs to design multi-threaded outreach sequences for priority accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks (MEDDPICC-Lite,
- BANT+)
- Identify key pain points tied to privacy, AI governance, engineering velocity, and compliance requirements
- Validate technical need, urgency, buying process, and stakeholder map before passing to AE
- Document complete qualification notes with clarity and discipline in CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine ICP segments, messaging, and campaign performance
- Partner with AEs, Product, and Engineering to understand evolving value propositions, technical capabilities, and market differentiators
- Provide structured, actionable insights from conversations back to cross-functional stakeholders
- Outbound Strategy & Systems
- Maintain world-class CRM hygiene with complete, accurate, and timely data
- Build structured outbound sequences and iterate weekly based on performance metrics
- Provide regular reporting on outreach volume, conversions, and pipeline contribution
- Own your operating rhythm: daily planning, weekly execution, monthly review
- 3+ years experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or early-stage startup environments
- Proven ability to run structured, disciplined outbound motions
- Strong communication - crisp writing, clear articulation, high-quality personalization
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts simply
- Experience using HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent tools
- High agency: act without being asked, anticipate needs, create clarity where none exists
- Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with evolving systems, messaging, and process
- Experience selling technical SaaS, data products, privacy tools, or developer platforms
- Background running outbound motions in high-rigor organizations
- Demonstrated ability to break into senior technical leaders (CTO, CISO, CPO, VP Eng)
- Experience creating outbound messaging frameworks from scratch
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, command of the message, and value-based qualification structures
- Strong analytical skills for assessing ICP and account potential
- 16 NMB/month
- Monthly SQL quota consistently met or exceeded
- Qualified pipeline contribution: 30-40% of AE pipeline
- Conversion rates: 8-12% outbound → meeting booked, 60-70% meeting → qualified SQL
- Complete and accurate CRM documentation for every interaction
- High-quality account research and stakeholder mapping delivered to AEs before handoff
