Senior Procurement Specialist

• Procurement Management: Lead direct, indirect, and research procurement categories, overseeing strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management to create leverage above site.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders on site to provide comprehensive support on supply, drive and support changes, and align procurement-driven projects with site priorities.
• Strategic Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive alignment with SSC Category targets and enable continuous improvement in supply, quality, innovation, cost, and regulatory aspects.
• Project Implementation: Execute globally cascaded projects, ensuring alignment with site requirements, managing supplier transitions, and meeting project deadlines through effective project management.
• Objective Setting and Target Delivery: Develop and deliver objectives and targets in respective categories, including annual profit plan/savings forecast, working capital conversion/pull-through targets, SME spend targets, spend concentration %, and contract compliance % targets.

• BS/BA degree in Engineering / Supply Chain or Business minimally; MBA or CPM /supply chain certification preferred
• Working experience in multinational companies, complex matrix organizations, exposure to international teams
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing / supply chain / procurement for manufacturing sites
• 3 to 5 years of procurement experience
