- Report project progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with suppliers/specialist contractors to ensure successful equipment commissioning.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and review mechanical designs with the project team.
- Conduct design reviews and validate equipment and systems.
- Prepare technical submittals, equipment registers, and trackers.
- Conduct quality reviews on-site by inspecting systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Essential Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Degree.
- Experience in HVAC is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in building services is preferred.
- Proficiency in IT skills is required.
- Experience with Revit would be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Capability to work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
