
IT Systems Admin and Support Specialist

- Be the go-to support person for our team of 40+ staff across 4 offices
- Provide full support on Microsoft 365, including laptops, mobile phones, printers, softphones, and security tools
- Manage user setup, troubleshooting, and licensing across our internal tech stack:
- Microsoft 365 (including upcoming Windows 11 upgrade & SharePoint rollout)
- Recruit CRM (our recruitment system)
- Wardal (our in-house timesheet and invoicing system)
- QuickBooks, Dropbox, Google Drive, NitroPro
- Own the relationship with our external IT provider and aim to enhance and optimise our outsourcing model over time.
- Track and manage hardware, licences, and renewals
- Support IT budgeting and procurement alongside the Head of Finance
- Lead and deliver at least one IT improvement project in your first 6-12 months
- Assist with internal dashboards, AI tools, and process automation where required
- Work closely with the Marketing team to manage all aspects of our website and adopt a continuous improvement approach to same.
- Document IT policies and procedures in collaboration with Compliance
- Train and support team members to get the most from our systems
- Work closely with the Compliance and Finance teams - and be available to support staff across the business as needed
- Have 2-3 years' experience in IT support or systems admin, and hold a relevant IT qualification
- Be highly competent with Microsoft 365 administration
- Have experience with or be confident quickly learning systems like Recruit CRM, QuickBooks, Dropbox/Google Drive
- Be hands-on, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deal with devices, connectivity, security, and user queries
- Be proactive, positive, and calm under pressure
