- Act as the client’s representative for all CSA-related matters across design and construction phases.
- Lead coordination with design consultants, architects, engineers, and third-party contractors.
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and local regulations.
- Oversee review and approval of design submissions, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Ensure alignment of CSA works with overall masterplan and site operations.
- Lead regular site walks, safety reviews, and progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Support procurement strategies, contract administration, and change control processes.
- Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and followed through construction and handover.
- Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Relevant experience in CSA project delivery, including at least one full project in a client-side or consultancy role.
- Proven track record in managing multi-storey structures, car park projects, or similar infrastructure.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments, preferably within the biotech or life sciences sector.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
