EPS Group are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Sales/Customer Order Picker to join our dynamic team.This role involves coordinating product sales, managing customer orders, and supporting our Pumps, Water Treatment Service, and Filtration business operations.This is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate team and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational success.A highly varied, challenging role providing invaluable exposure to the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for updating the sales team & clients on the progress of orders
  • Maintaining all records in relation to customer accounts
  • Support procurement team for inbound orders and logistics
  • Liaising with couriers for customer deliveries within UK and Ireland
  • Coordinate the administration aspects of our Pumps Water Treatment Service and Filtration business.
  • Coordinate regular weekly orders from agents
  • Prepare quotes for Water Treatment analysis and keep record of numbers for customers
  • Receive and process orders and queries from Water Treatment Customers
  • Prepare shop orders and shop order requisitions on ERP system
  • Coordinate payments for accounts and updating records of same
  • Manage delivery documentation on ERP system by customer order number
  • Prepare delivery dockets for customers
Key Competencies and Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation skills
  • Proven ability to work well with a team
  • 1-2 years product sales experience a distinct advantage but not essential
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
